04 SMS, Voice Call & Video Communications

4.1 SMS Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on any form on our Website, you expressly consent in writing to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Elite Collective and Patricia Blakemore. This constitutes prior express written consent under the TCPA.

4.2 Voice Calls

By providing your phone number and consent, you authorize us to contact you via live personal calls, pre-recorded voice messages, and AI-generated voice messages. Express written consent is required under the TCPA for AI-generated, pre-recorded, or auto-dialed calls to your mobile number. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, saying "stop" during any call, or emailing info@elitecollectiverealty.com.

4.3 Video Consultations

Video sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime are not recorded without your express prior consent at the start of each session. Recordings are used solely for transaction documentation and are not shared without your authorization. These sessions are also subject to the respective platform's own privacy policies.

All marketing emails sent via Mailchimp and Follow Up Boss comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each email identifies Elite Collective as the sender, includes our physical address, and contains an unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. 09 Data Security & Retention

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including SSL/TLS encryption and access controls. We retain personal information as needed to provide our services and comply with California DRE recordkeeping requirements (minimum three years for transaction records). TCPA consent records are retained for a minimum of four years.

10 Children's Privacy

Our Website and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact info@elitecollectiverealty.com if you believe a child has submitted personal information to us.

11 Third-Party Links & Platforms
