Voice Calls
You consent to receive voice calls including live agent, pre-recorded, and AI-generated voice messages regarding your real estate interests. You may revoke consent at any time.
Video Conferencing
Video meetings may take place via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime. By joining, you accept the third-party platform's terms. Calls are not recorded without consent.
5. IDX / MLS Data
Property data is provided through California Regional MLS (CRMLS) under an IDX license. Listings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, or used for any other purpose. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Elite Collective name, EC monogram, logos, photography, copy, and graphic elements — is the property of Elite Collective and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
